Material research on leftover food and its infrastructures
During a residency at The Multicultural Center of Transilvania University in Brașov, I focused on material processes related to leftover food — infrastructures of preservation and transformation. The studio became a site for working with vegetable scraps, drying systems, drawing, and painting as interconnected forms of inquiry. Alongside the studio work, I facilitated a workshop and an open studio, extending the research into collective exchange.
